5/9/2024

On April 23, 2024, the FTC adopted a broad regulation that will void employer contracts, workplace policies, and compensation arrangements that prohibit, penalize, or in practice prevent a worker from working elsewhere if the ban goes into effect, mid-August 2024. In this webinar, Brach Eichler Litigation attorney, Keith Roberts, Healthcare attorney Carol Grelecki and Labor and Employment attorney Jay Sabin will discuss the primary questions an organization must answer to determine whether and to what extent the ban applies, describe the rule in greater detail, and share practical recommendations on how businesses can prepare. Moderating this panel will be John D. Fanburg, Brach Eichler Managing Member and Chair of the Firm’s Healthcare Practice. *This is an informational session only and not intended to create an attorney-client relationship with the attendees.
