With more than 40 years of dedicated service in healthcare law, Joseph has been a trusted advocate for physicians, hospitals, medical staffs, and nursing homes throughout New Jersey. His extensive experience encompasses a wide range of legal services, including defending physicians in administrative proceedings, advising on complex transactions involving medical practices and healthcare entities, and providing counsel on regulatory and corporate matters.
Joseph’s commitment to the legal and healthcare communities is further exemplified by his previous roles, including serving as a Deputy Attorney General representing the New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He is also a frequent lecturer, addressing healthcare organizations and legal professionals on various topics, notably the legal implications of the opioid crisis.
The NJBIZ ICON Honors Awards ceremony will take place on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM EDT at The Marigold in Somerset, NJ. This event will celebrate Joseph and fellow honorees for their significant contributions to New Jersey’s business community.
